Drivers
Connectivity
Connect controllers and devices through SCAI’s own protocol drivers, built into the product and running on your server.
What it does
Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA and MQTT, built into SCAI.
- 01
Modbus TCP
PLCs, drives, meters and gateways.
- 02
EtherNet/IP
Controllers that expose tags by symbolic name.
- 03
OPC UA
OPC UA servers on your plant network.
- 04
MQTT
Data exchange with IIoT devices and platforms.
How it works
Built in, not bolted on
The drivers are part of SCAI. Browsers connect only to SCAI, and the server reaches controllers directly over the plant network.
Tags, not addresses
Each tag is mapped to a controller signal once. Screens, alarms and trends then work with meaningful names instead of PLC addresses.
